Exchange & Returns

No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at the point of purchase. Orders placed using discounts are not applicable for exchange and returns.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

It will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out in the following instances:

  • Measurements stated vary 0.5″-0.75″.
  • The placement of prints differs for every piece due to the fabric cut.
  • Colours shown may vary slightly on different screens as devices have different specifications.
  • Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains, nature of fabric etc) that do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.

Kindly email us at with your order number with a snapshot of the defect or incorrect piece within 1 week from the date of delivery. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please wait for our confirmation before proceeding. All returns have to be done within 5 working days from the date of delivery and 3 working days after an email has been sent on the return procedure. Ensure the item is in proper packaging to prevent it from being stained and/or damaged during transit. Send out the parcel via a traceable mode of courier, feel free to approach the nearest post office for assistance. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained. 

If a replacement piece is available, it will be sent out upon receiving. If the item is no longer available, a gift certificate store credit with no expiry will be issued and postage charges incurred will be refunded. There will strictly not be any cash refunds.
